As part of our commitment to technological advancement, we are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Solutions Architect with expertise in UI Path to join our team. This role will play a critical role in leveraging automation to streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, and drive digital transformation within our organization.

Role Overview:

As an RPA Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing UI Path-based RPA solutions specifically tailored to the unique requirements and challenges of the healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, process owners, IT professionals, and compliance experts, to identify automation opportunities and deliver robust solutions that optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives. Design scalable and robust RPA solutions using UI Path that address specific business needs, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Automation Opportunity Assessment: Conduct thorough process analysis to identify potential automation opportunities across various departments and functions within the organization. Evaluate feasibility and ROI of automation projects, considering factors such as process complexity, risk, and business impact.

Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for RPA initiatives. Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users, IT teams, compliance officers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment between automation initiatives and organizational objectives. Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Expertise and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in RPA, UI Path, and the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Identify and recommend innovative automation solutions that can drive operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enhance compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an RPA Solutions Architect, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
-In-depth knowledge of UI Path platform and its capabilities, including workflow automation, data extraction, and integration with enterprise systems.
-Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
-Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and robust RPA solutions, considering factors such as security, data privacy, and auditability.
-Proficiency in process analysis, business process reengineering, and process documentation.
-Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically to identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
