I am working with a consultancy who are looking for 2 experience freelance Senior Data Solutions Architect to support them on a 6 month rolling contract basis, with a view to extend for several years.

The role will be focussed on pre-sales activities, where you will help design & document solutions for customers in the pre-sales phase. This can be an English speaking role, but German is preferable. The right candidate will have a combination of strong technical and business facing skills. 

The customer

• A Global consultancy who are expanding in Germany  

Your Role

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support for data and analytics services
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to determine business and technical requirements that will be used in developing solutions
• Lead, define, and implement end-to-end modern data platforms 

Your Profile

• 10+ years of data engineering experience leading implementations of large-scale lakehouses on AWS or Azure
• Prior experience in Glue, Databricks, Redshift Snowflake, or Synapse
• 5+ years’ experience architecting data pipelines from structured and unstructured sources for batch and real-time workloads.
